How long can I stay at the Play Park?
You may book for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute visits.
Is there lighting at the Play Park?
There is motion sensored perimeter lighting at Carp, Cumberland and Metcalfe locations. Carp has two flood lights at the entrance that you may turn on when you arrive and off as you leave.
Will I be sharing the park with other dogs or people?
No. All bookings are for private use. The only people you would see at the Play Park are friends that you invite to join you during your visit. There is also a 15 minute buffer built in between reservations to avoid overlaps.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. You can change or cancel a booking up until 12 hours prior to your reservation. You can do this by clicking the green "Change/Cancel" button at the bottom of your confirmation email. In order to add households to an existing appointment you will need to contact us.
Do you have memberships or discounts for multiple visits?
Yes. We have annual memberships available. By purchasing a membership you receive a 20% discount on all bookings, guest fees and gift certificates. You may also participate in member events and special offers throughout the year. See our Membership page or contact us for more info.
What amenities are available at the Play Park?
Carp Location: double gate entry, covered entrance, poop bags, poop disposal, fetch toys, perimeter lighting, agility style obstacles, lawn chairs, water for dogs (seasonal), kiddie pool (seasonal)
