How long can I stay at the Play Park?

You may book for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute visits.



Is there lighting at the Play Park?

There is motion sensored perimeter lighting at both locations. Carp has two flood lights that you may turn on when you arrive and off as you leave.



Will I be sharing the park with other dogs or people?

No. All bookings are for private use. The only people you would see at the Play Park are friends that you invite to join you during your visit. There is also a 15 minute buffer built in between reservations to ensure there are no accidental overlaps.



Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. You can change or cancel a booking up until 12 hours prior to your reservation. You can do this by clicking the green "Reschedule/Cancel" button at the bottom of your confirmation email.



Do you have memberships or discounts for multiple visits?

Yes. We have annual memberships available. By purchasing a membership you receive a 20% discount on all bookings, guest fees and gift certificates. You may also participate in member events and special offers throughout the year. See our Membership page or contact us for more info. We do not offer multiple visit discounts at this time.



What amenities are available at the Play Park?

We recommend that you bring your own toys, water dish, umbrellas, flashlights as needed.



What is different due to COVID-19?

Please see our Covid Updates page for the most up to date protocols. Hand sanitizer is available at the entry gates. As per health recommedations, we request that you maintain 6 feet (2m) separation between yourself and all people that are not part of your immediate household. Due to Covid-19 we are not providing shared use items such as toys, water dishes, flashlights. Please bring your own.
