Frequently asked questions
While we can not 100% guarantee that nobody will arrive at the park during your visit, we have taken the following measures to minimize this possibility:
All bookings have a 15 minute buffer between to avoid client overlap.
All clients must agree to the Terms & Conditions before booking a visit. This includes rules regarding arrival and departure.
Signage is clearly posted at all locations stating "Private Use, By Appointment Only"
Carabiners are provided inside the entry gate of each park allowing you to secure the gate so that someone attempting to enter will not be able to open the gate without looking inside and removing the carabiner.
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a booking up until 3 hours prior to your reservation. You can do this by clicking the green "Change/Cancel" button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Rescheduling is free of charge.
- For cancellations a 5% fee will be withheld from your refund total. This fee exists to cover the payment processing fees associated with a booking.
- To add households to an existing appointment you will need to contact us.

No. All bookings are for private use. The only people you would see at the Play Park are friends that you invite to join you during your visit. There is also a 15 minute buffer built in between reservations to avoid overlaps.
There are three steps:
Click the Change/Cancel button in your appointment confirmation email. Then select Edit Forms. Scroll down and add the names of the extra people joining you.
Message or call us to let us know which appointment you are adding a household(s) to and how many households you are adding.
Check your email for an invoice for the additional fees and pay it. (same payment options as when you booked your visit)
There is motion sensor perimeter lighting at all parks. Please see the individual park detail page for additional lighting information.

You may book for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute visits. If you would like to arrange a longer booking please contact us by phone or email.
