Liability Waiver & Terms and Conditions

LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand there is potential risk involved to myself, my guests, my dog(s) and my guests' dogs when using the facility (112 Delaney Dr. Or 1601 9th Line Rd. Or 1709 Willhaven Dr. Or 3119 Carp Rd. Or Wonderland Road South at Hwy 402 Or 9602 10 Sideroad, 5463 Chippewa Road East) including but not limited to the driveway, parking area, walkways, play yards, and obstacles. I understand that walking/playing surfaces may not be level and may be slippery due to various weather conditions such as rain, snow and ice. I understand that at any time the parks may have naturally occurring hazards including fungus, berries, vines, etc. that have the potential to be harmful to people and/or dogs.

I am aware that measures have been taken to minimize the likelihood of other people or dogs arriving on the Play Park property during my visit, however I fully understand that there is no guarantee of 100% privacy during my visit. I understand that Country Canines Play Park Inc. is not able to control the actions of the public or other clients or prevent them from arriving on the property during my booking.

I accept total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind to myself, my guests, my dog(s) and my guests' dogs which may result from any reason in the use of the facility. It is my intention and that of my guests to HOLD HARMLESS the Owner(s) for any injury sustained by myself, my guests, my dog(s), my guests' dogs or anyone else that I invite to the facility with me, regardless of cause, while using the facility.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability / assumption of risk and understand its contents. I have shared these terms with any and all guests that will be joining me and they have acknowledged and agreed to the terms. I am aware that by checking the box below, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Owner(s) for any reason.

VACCINATION AND LICENSE

I certify that mine and my guests' dogs have current vaccinations for Rabies as required by law in Ontario.

I certify that mine and my guests' dogs are licensed/registered as required by local municipal regulation.

CANCELATION

All appointments may be cancelled up until 5 hours prior to the scheduled visit time. All cancellations will be refunded the full booking fee LESS 5%. In the event that Country Canines Play Park Inc. needs to cancel your visit, we will reschedule your visit to a time that works for you. If that is not possible, we will provide a 100% refund.

RESCHEDULING

All appointments may be rescheduled up until 12 hours prior to the scheduled visit time. Rescheduling is free of charge.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Visitors may enter the parking area a MAXIMUM of 5 minutes prior to the scheduled visit time.

Visitors must exit the parking area MAXIMUM of 5 minutes after the end of the scheduled visit time.

APPROACHING THE PARK WHEN OCCUPIED

  1. Double check your email confirmation to make sure you are there on the correct date and at the correct time.

  2. Approach the fence line (leave your dogs in the car) and request that the people leave.

  3. Call, text or email Country Canines Play Park to inform us of the issue.

 

LEAVE NO TRACE

  1. Pick up all poop, toys, garbage or anything else that has been brought into the play park.

  2. Prevent your dog from destroying shared toys that have been provided in the park entrance for your use.

  3. Prevent your dog from digging holes.

 

PARK CLOSURE

When the park needs to be closed for any reason, all existing bookings will be rescheduled to an available time of your choosing or refunded.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal and Stripe are our payment processors. All visits can be paid using your PayPal account or Visa/MasterCard. Upon special request e-transfer may be available.

 

SMS MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Country Canines Play Park Inc. may send text messages from +1 343-337-1776 to customers who voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages. Messages may include customer support replies, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related updates.

​

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and support needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

​

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact Country Canines Play Park Inc. at countrycaninesplaypark@gmail.com or 343-337-1776.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

​

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SMS messaging program.

Your participation in the SMS messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
